Zucchini is a vegetable that made a poor first impression on me. It was roasted but not quite cooked through and served with a not very impressive roasted chicken. That happened several years ago at a restaurant.
I used to think that roasted vegetables were the worst thing ever. Ever. My first intro to roasted veggie were the very bland zucchini (and some other veggies that I can't recall) that accompanied my roasted chicken at Italianese many, many years ago.
Now what is this all about? That up there is my little stainless steel food container cum doggie bag. I stash it neatly into my handbag. It comes in handy when there are leftovers when I dine out. What? Leftovers?
